1. About this site

This site belongs to AMI Consultorio, with practices in Coapa y Copilco, Mexico City. AMI Consultorio is the trade name under which Alma Ruth Romero Luévano practises as a self-employed professional. By browsing it you accept these terms. This English version is provided for convenience; the Spanish version prevails.

2. The content is informational, not a diagnosis

The content on this site — including the blog and FAQs — is for information and general education. It does not replace a dental consultation and is not a diagnosis, prescription or treatment plan.

Every case is different: what is described here in general terms may not apply to you. Do not skip an appointment or stop a treatment based on what you read here. If you have pain, swelling, bleeding or a blow to the mouth, see a professional.

3. Appointment requests and who treats you

Sending the form or messaging us on WhatsApp is a contact request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is only booked once the practice confirms it through the channel you provided.

We aim to reply within opening hours. This site is not an emergency channel: if you need immediate care, call us or go to an emergency service.

AMI Consultorio is the contact and appointment-coordination channel. Dental care is provided by the treating dentist, an independent professional with their own professional licence, who establishes the professional relationship with you, makes the diagnosis and treatment plan, keeps your clinical record and answers for their professional conduct as the law provides.

4. Prices and quotes

Any price ranges or references on the site are indicative. The actual cost depends on your case and is given in a written quote before any treatment begins. The first assessment is free.

5. Insurance coverage

Mentioning experience with insurers or institutions does not guarantee that your policy covers a specific treatment. Coverage, deductibles and authorisations depend on your contract with the insurer. Confirm with the treating dentist and with your insurer before starting.

6. Intellectual property

The text, brand, logo, icons and design of this site belong to AMI Consultorio or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced, distributed or modified without written permission, except for brief quotes with attribution and a link.

7. External links

The site links to third-party services (WhatsApp, Google Maps). We do not control their content or policies and are not responsible for them.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the information is free of errors or omissions; if you spot one, we'd appreciate you telling us.

9. Personal data

The processing of your data is governed by our privacy notice.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction.
